Blood Pressure Claims: See A Doctor First
Ongoing blood pressure concerns deserve proper measurement, and no supplement should replace medical care.
Never stop or replace prescribed treatment for a supplement.
Why a check-up matters
High blood pressure usually causes no symptoms, and only measurement shows it. Left untreated, it raises the risk of stroke, heart disease and kidney problems, so it deserves a proper assessment and a plan.
What a supplement can and cannot do
Melonex is a dietary supplement. Nothing we found shows it treats high blood pressure, relaxes arteries or protects the heart, and a supplement is not a replacement for medicine, salt reduction or home blood pressure checks.
Be wary of disease-style marketing
Promotions that hint at artery or pressure relief while their own disclaimer denies it are a recognised pattern. We could verify none of those claims, so we repeat none.
What to bring to the appointment
List everything you take including supplements, bring recent blood pressure readings, and mention heart, kidney or liver history. Doctors discuss blood pressure every day.
When to seek care quickly
Chest pain, shortness of breath, sudden weakness on one side, trouble speaking, severe headache with very high readings or fainting needs urgent medical attention.
